Service Description

We explore experiential, ground-based activities along with grounding and centering skills with horses to support development in areas such as: • Self-awareness • Emotional regulation • Confidence and self-efficacy • Boundaries • Communication • Relationship and social awareness • Recognizing patterns and reactions • Creating space between emotion and response Our guiding framework is Pause. Space. Navigate.—helping participants learn to pause long enough to notice what is happening internally, create space before automatically reacting, and navigate the situation with greater awareness and intention. The small-group format also allows participants to benefit from peer perspectives, shared experiences, validation and opportunities to practice interpersonal skills in real time. Pause. Space.
